Raiders Lead The Way

RAIDERS! It is a team sport within JROTC that builds the cadets' physical fitness, teamwork skills, and fosters a strong sense of camaraderie, esprit de corps. When participating at competitions, cadets learn to work under pressure, as well as having the chance to learn new techniques, make new connections with other schools and create new personal records. The year of 2025-2026, team captain Alexys Jimenez made sure the team never came home empty handed. With the help of her co-captains Brandon Galvan-Ruiz, the male team captain, and Micaela Cavazos, the female team captain, they were able to bring home seven trophies. Placing first overall in county and tying with third in district, this year's Raider team has truly left a legacy, setting a new standard of excellence, both with trophies and creating a strong bond within each team. Each cadet's hard work, dedication, and level of commitment elevated the team's achievements. The legacy they've created will guide and encourage future generations to continue striving for greatness and push the boundaries of what they think is possible.
